Frequently Asked Questions
I've heard pressure washing is bad for structures is that true?
Pressure washing is an incredibly efficient method for cleaning tough, hard surfaces, and we use it where it’s most appropriate—on durable materials like concrete driveways, patios, and walkways. High-pressure water allows us to blast away stubborn dirt, stains, oil spots, moss, and other debris that can accumulate on these robust surfaces over time.
However, not all exterior surfaces are suitable for high-pressure cleaning. For more delicate materials, such as wood, vinyl siding, roofs, or painted surfaces, we rely on a more gentle method called soft washing.
What is soft washing?
Soft washing involves using low-pressure water combined with specialized cleaning solutions to safely remove contaminants like algae, mold, mildew, and grime. This technique is gentle enough to protect the integrity of your home’s materials while still providing a deep clean that rejuvenates your property’s appearance.
